Terry is co-founder and President of WorldFamilies.net - which has been
dedicated to serving the genetic genealogy community since 2004, focused on
projects, project administrators, and the individuals using yDNA.
He is a pioneer in genetic genealogy and ardent family historian, also
serving in his church and community. He has administered the Barton Surname
DNA Project since 2001 - sharing his learning and insights of Genetic
Genealogy and Barton Genealogy in many venues.
He served as an Engineer (B.S. Texas Tech University) and Manager (M.B.A.
Emory University) in the corporate world, based in Atlanta while working
across the Americas, Europe and Asia. He took his family with him for
stints in Ireland, California, Paris and Brussels, and then retired young.
He particularly enjoys travelling and time with his family - which is a good
thing - since his children seem to be somewhere else in the World as often
as they are in the States.
